SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at OfficeHub Center. Here's everything you need
to know about how and when your order ships.
Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping: We ship across the United States via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Delivery: Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after processing.
Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S.
holidays. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the
order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the
next business day.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship within the United States only.
DELIVERY TIMES
Most orders are delivered within 1–5 business days after processing,
depending on your location and the items ordered. These are estimates,
not guarantees. Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to
carrier delays beyond our control.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the items ordered,
the destination, package weight and dimensions, and the shipping method
selected. Your total shipping cost is shown before you complete your
purchase.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking
number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete
address provided by the customer. Reshipment costs for undeliverable
packages may apply.
DELAYS
Once a package leaves our warehouse, delivery is in the hands of the
carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather,
or other circumstances beyond our control.
LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within
5 business days of the expected delivery date at support@officehubcenter.com
and we'll make it right.
